Feature:

This machine is to blow (extrude) LDPE and LLDPE hot shrink film for direct wrapping, colored wrapping film tubes.

Adoptable material: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE,PA, EVA, MPE, etc.

Advantage:

1. This machine is developed from our traditional PE film extrusion machine and so very reliable and stable. Many more product widths are available. So please feel free to ask if super widths are need.

2. For export, we use big extrusion quantity screw with length to diameter rate of 32:1. (If you need cheaper machine with less production, screw of 28:1 is available).

3. Double-layer rotational die is employed and the gearbox is with cooling water devices.
